Terms of Service

By staring a project with Build With Me, you are agreeing to the following:

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is owed once the website is completed and transferred to your account.

  
  

• Client Assets: It is the clients responsibility to provide all shop photos, logos, and product descriptions. The draft begins only after all these assets are received.

  
  

• Revisions: Each plan includes a single round of any major revisions. Any additional design changes requested after the project is closed will be billed separately.

  
  

• Ownership: Once the final payment is made, the client owns the website design.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payment: The 50% deposit non-refundable. This is to cover the time and resources spent on starting your custom design

  
  

• Cancellation: You may cancel the project at any time, but you will not be refunded for any work already completed.

  
  

• Final Delivery: No refunds will be issued to your account once the website has been created and transferred to your account

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a priority. We only collect the information necessary to build your site:

• Data Collected: Name, business name, phone number (WhatsApp), and email.

  
  

• Usage: We only use the provided information to communicate with you about the project. Build With Us will never sell or share your information with third parties.

  
  

• Cookies: Our website uses basic cookies to improve your browsing experience.

Maintenance & Hosting

• Third-Party Fees: Build With Me is not responsible for the cost of maintaining your domain or hosting plans. These are paid directly to the providers.

  
  

• Support: We provide 7 days of free support after launch to ensure everything is running without any bugs or errors. After the 7 day period, the client is responsible for all updates and management.
